Mercedes Benz has been going on a frenzy with their electric car portfolio in the Indian market. They recently launched the all new flagship Mercedes Maybach EQS SUV in the Indian market and will now be coming out with the EQS SUV which is the largest electric SUV they make currently. The new EQS has been priced at Rs XX crore (ex-showroom) in the Indian market and competes with the likes of the BMW iX and the Audi Q8 e-Tron.
The EQS SUV is for someone who wants to travel in ultimate luxury but wants an electric vehicle instead of the petrol or diesel powered GLS SUV which has been quite popular in the Indian market as well.
