On Sunday, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry headed to Cali for the third day of their trip to Colombia. The couple attended a forum on empowerment for Afro-Colombian women where Meghan was invited to speak. For the discussion, the Duchess wore a white sleeveless shirt with a collar and buttons.
