McDonald’s have launched all-new Happy Meals that feature collectible figures from the BTS toy range BT21. There are seven adorable figures to collect, each representing and designed by a member of the internationally renowned K-Pop band. These Happy Meal toys launched on August 21, 2024 and already have social media in a flurry as videos of hoards of people queuing to get their hands on the toys went viral.

Rather than simply creating avatars of the physical appearance of artists, BT21 consists of 8 different charming characters created by BTS members, where all of them actively participated in the whole process from drawing sketches to elaboration. What are the BT21 Happy Meal toys? The limited-edition toys up for grabs in the Happy Meal are: Tata: V’s character is a huge heart-headed character, an alien with transforming powers. His limbs can bend and stretch into weird lengths and shapes.

Mang: J-Hope’s character is a dancing pony that keeps his face hidden behind a mask. Chimmy: The playful puppy in yellow represents the band’s overall image, according to Jimin. He’s active, and loves to hang out.

RJ: Jin’s character is an alpaca that is often seen wearing a parka. The other members of the band often say he looks like an alpaca and he’s been drawing them for years. Koya: RM’s character is a sleepy blue koala.

He has removable ears, and a purple nose as V once commented that purple represents love. Cooky: Designed by Jungkook, this little pink rabbit works.
