McDonald's UK has unveiled its brand-new festive menu, set to launch on Wednesday, November 20. The line-up includes two new food items - the Cheesy McCrispy and Terry's Chocolate Orange Pie, alongside returning favourites such as the Big Tasty, Big Tasty with Bacon, Cheese Melt Dippers with Rich Tomato Dip, Terry's Chocolate Orange McFlurry, and Galaxy Caramel McFlurry. The Christmas season will also see the return of the popular Galaxy Caramel Latte and Galaxy Caramel Hot Chocolate.
In addition, the Grinch will be making an appearance in McDonald's Happy Meal. Each limited-edition Happy Meal will feature one of eight Grinch-themed toys, including plush Christmas decorations, Grinch family card games or the exclusive 'Twelve Days of Grinchmas' tale. The Terry's Chocolate Orange Pie is described as "a crispy chocolate pastry filled with a Terry's Chocolate Orange flavoured chocolate ganache", while the Terry's Chocolate Orange McFlurry features "soft dairy ice cream swirled with Terry's Chocolate Orange mini segments and topped with a Terry's Chocolate Orange sauce".
A new addition tantalises the taste buds at Maccies with the introduction of the Cheesy McCrispy – packing a punch with 100% chicken breast fillet in a crispy coating, garnished with lettuce, crispy onions, and a zingy pink pickled onion chutney, all complemented by bacon, dual slices of cheese, and a rich cheese sauce.
