Five people were charged recently in actor Matthew Perry’s overdose death from acute effects of Ketamine. Now, fresh court documents assessed by The Daily Mail reveal the Friends alum's last words to his assistant Kenneth Iawamasa, one of the people prosecuted in relation to his death. Perry’s body was discovered at a Los Angeles apartment in October 2023, with initial reports indicating he passed away at 54 from an apparent drowning in a hot tub.

First responders suggested Perry was unresponsive upon arrival and that no foul play was involved in the incident. It appeared as though the drowning was caused due to cardiac arrest until an official autopsy determined the real cause to be the acute effects of ketamine. The same document also suggests Perry was found unconscious at home twice before the events leading up to his demise. On Thursday, California officials held a press conference to identify the five individuals involved in supplying ketamine to Perry. Dr.
