And according to new court documents obtained by , Iwamasa injected Perry with “significant quantities of ketamine” during the month he died. According to his former assistant's plea agreement, on October 24 and October 27, 2023, Iwamasa injected Perry “with approximately 6-8 shots per day." And during the month of October, Iwamasa also reportedly found Perry “unconscious at his residence on at least two occasions.
” After the numerous incidents, Perry was found dead in the hot tub of his Los Angeles home just days later on October 28. According to the court docs, on the night of his death the Emmy award-winning actor received two doses of ketamine and 40 minutes later asked his assistant to start up the hot tub and "shoot me up with a big one." After injecting Perry with the third shot of ketamine, Iwamasa left Perry's residence to go run errands.
