Just a day after Martine McCutcheon announced she had split with her husband Jack McManus, the actress has now hit out at her ex. The couple who share a child together called time on their 18 year marriage two days ago - and according to reports it was his decision. In a statement which was posted on social media, the star who made a name for herself as Tiffany Mitchell in EastEnders , hinted it was best they both went their separate ways.
The musician was recently seen without his wedding ring. Taking to Instagram , the star, 48, reposted a clip from a wellness teacher Alex Elle. In the clip, she said: "The older I get, the less time I have for people who are unsure about me.
I need people in my life who are certain. People who want to be there. People who make space for me.
" Resharing the clip, Martine wrote: "I love this lady. @alex_elle soothing, gentle, voice, softly reminding us of our own strength, value, love and true worth." Martine shared with fans that Jack ended their 18 year marriage and she accepted his decision.
She wrote: "After much thought and consideration, Jack has decided it's best for us to separate after 18 years together and I accept his decision. We are both so very blessed and grateful for our beautiful, nine-year-old son Rafferty, whose happiness and welfare has always been, and will continue to be, our number one priority. We both of course still cherish and look forward to being parents together to our wonderful boy for the rest of our lives.
