Mariah Carey 'never reached out' after being 'told sister was dying'

A close friend of Mariah Carey 's late sister Alison is claiming the singer never attempted to contact her sibling , even after being informed of her terminal condition a month ago. David Baker, Alison's friend, and caregiver, claimed: "No, Mariah has never tried to contact Alison, even after she was told a month ago that Alison was dying." Fans claim Mariah was "betrayed" by her mom and sister before their deaths .

Alison reportedly passed away on the same day as the sisters' mother, Patricia Carey . Baker noted to The U.S.

Sun : "A phone call or, better still, a video call would have meant so much to Alison. But it never came." The 55-year-old singer expressed being "heartbroken" over the losses.

According to Baker, Alison often spoke about feeling abandoned by her younger sister. "She talked about it frequently. She wondered if Mariah or any of her relatives would come to her funeral," Baker said.
