For 360 S Hibiscus, a design build inspired by the homeowner’s extensive art collection, Varas is collaborating with architect Kobi Karp and interior design firm Argent Design marking the milestone first collaboration between the three award winning power players. The bayfront estate will span a whopping 10,000 square feet on the exclusive island. Situated on a prime bayfront lot that last traded for $16 million, Varas is spearheading an ambitious and substantial ground-up new build with a construction investment of $15 million.
