Man vs Food's Adam Richman has been left devastated as his “most valuable” items were stolen in a robbery. The 50-year-old American TV presenter took to Twitter to share heartbreaking details of the incident, which he said occurred while he and his film crew for his Food Network show Adam Richman Eats Britain had taken a rest stop. Adam revealed the team were driving in a van from Birmingham to London, and took a brief stop in Barnet “for exactly four and a half minutes to use the restroom”, but returned to “our van completely cleaned out”.

“All of the filming equipment is gone. Both of my suitcases with all of my possessions are gone. Backpack with my laptop and all of my medications are gone.

And to make matters worse, because I have trackers on some of my possessions, and because of my laptop, I can see where these things are. But we have to wait here for the police. The rest stop won’t release the security footage until the police arrive,” he explained, as he offered a “reward for anything found”.

He then gave updates on the location of his laptop, which had a tracking device, and he told his followers that the MacBook was “accompanied by all the medications I take”. The US presenter was devastated to discover that the “two most valuable possessions I have with me” were also taken in the robbery. “The last birthday card I ever got from my father and a book that my mother gave me,” Adam heartbreakingly added.
