(Image: Getty) Sir Jim Ratcliffe has made the ruthless decision to cut out free staff lunches in his latest attempt to cut spending costs at Manchester United.

The INEOS boss has reportedly introduced a series of new measures at the club, as he continues his crackdown following his minority stake purchase earlier this year. Prior to Ratcliffe's arrival, matchday staff received complimentary lunch boxes when working at a fixture. The package included a sandwich, bag of crisps, cereal bar and a soft drink to ensure employees could eat during their shift.
