St. Joseph Police responded to the 2100 block of Olive Street at around 10:06 p.m.
Thursday night after a man was reportedly struck by a vehicle. Authorities report that the man was still laying nearby when officers arrived. Police say the man suffered minor injuries, but was taken to the hospital anyway due to his level of intoxication.
St. Joseph residents were told to avoid the area at 10:06 p.m.
