Mumbai: Vanrai police arrested a man for blackmailing a food delivery boy and trying to extort Rs 1 lakh, after stealing his cellphone and accessing his private videos. The accused has been identified as Ahmed Khan alias Noor. The 25-year-old complainant lives in Goregaon.

On July 3, while he was delivering a food order at Andheri and had affixed his cellphone on the bike handle, an unknown motorcyclist robbed it and fled. The complainant approached the Amboli police station and lodged a complaint. On July 26, the complainant received a phone call from the accused who threatened to circulate the complainants private videos that he found stored on the stolen phone online and demanded Rs 1 lakh from him.
