Mamelodi Sundowns have started the current season in the same fashion they finished their last one. Sundowns opened their Betway Premiership campaign with three wins in three games including an impressive 2-1 win against Kaizer Chiefs . Even though they have released so many players and some of them being experienced stars with quality.

The likes of Bongani Zungu and Gaston Sirino who are either free agents or found a new club. Chiefs have since snapped up Sirino and Sundowns, however, have not shown any signs of missing him. The likes of Tashreeq Matthews and Lucas Ribeiro have been in devastating form with more options on the bench and stands.

Sundowns boast strong squad But that has not stopped Sundowns from pursuing a replacement for the spot Sirino has left in their squad. According to Soccer-Laduma , the Brazilians are not giving up on their pursuit of Feisal Salum . The club was credited with a push for the Tanzanian’s services earlier in the last transfer window, but nothing came of it.

It is said that their bids were rejected by his club Azam FC. It looks like they will be back in the next window. And will be ready to pay top dollar for his services! “He is still in Sundowns’ plans.

They have been talking to Azam since they showed interest in him. It will all depend on the next offer since the last offer was R32m. But I think the new offer will be a better one than the R32m.

You know Azam value Feisal (Salum) very highly and they won’t let him go for a cheape.
