Wednesday, July 17, 2024 The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (the Centre), Malaysia’s premier purpose-built venue, celebrates a significant achievement with a notable win at the esteemed International Association of Convention Centres (AIPC) Future Shapers leadership program. Among the Centre’s standout talents, Deputy Director of Sales Tiffany Chung and Deputy Director of Operations Kwok Wai Kay, alongside their teammates from Australia, Belfast, and Paris, emerged victorious. Their team, named “Future Force,” impressed 150 industry C-suite leaders at the AIPC Congress in Costa Rica with a pioneering solution to a critical challenge: enhancing the appeal of the convention centre industry to younger professionals and establishing business events as an attractive and rewarding career path for future generations.
