Malaysia Airlines and its subsidiary Firefly have recently earned prestigious honors, highlighting their dedication to improving customer service and affirming their leadership in the aviation and travel sectors. During the 2024 Putra Brand Awards, Malaysia Airlines was honored with the Platinum Award in the Transportation, Travel & Tourism category, marking a significant upgrade from last year’s Bronze recognition.

Firefly also received a Bronze Award, demonstrating the Group’s commitment to providing exceptional service to its customers. The Putra Awards, the top branding event in Malaysia, rely on consumer preferences to gauge brand success.
