Tucking into a sweet treat or dessert makes the colder seasons feel that little bit better. However, if you’re on a health kick you might stay away from sweets, but you don’t have to do that. Fitness coach Jessica Webb has shared a surefire way to enjoy sweet treats whilst also staying healthy.

Jessica wowed her followers with a low-calorie brownie recipe packed full of Biscoff spread. In an Instagram post from July, Jessica said: “Honestly, these were absolutely unreal.” What’s even better is that you don’t have to compromise taste and health, with Jessica’s brownies only having 126 kcals per serving.

She said you will “not regret” trying this recipe out. Jessica’s Reel has been viewed over a massive 269,000 times, racking up 4,337 likes and 38 comments. @laura_jayyne06 replied: “Omg need to make!” @dreamcrustpizza wrote: “This is what dreams are made of!!” @fitfoodiefeed said, “Wowowwowwwww,” while @wellness_withgrace, “Going to have to try!!!” So if you’re looking for a healthy sweet treat, this is what you’ll need for Jessica’s recipe .
