Mahindra Racing has unveiled its latest Formula E race christened M11 Electro. Unveiled at the Banbury headquarters, the car will participate in season 11 which is scheduled to begin on December 7, 2024. It is to be noted that the opening race of the tournament will be in Sao Paolo.
The car fits its role with tons of techs that contributed to making it the fastest FIA-certified single-seater race car. The Mahindra M11 Electro car comes with a new livery sporting red, silver, and black colours. This is complemented by an in-house powertrain working in sync with aerodynamic and suspension updates.
Putting together all of its qualities, the electric car is capable of going from 0-100 kmph in 1.82 seconds. This is 30 percent faster than modern Formula 1 cars.

This also gives the team to strategize new schemes. To use this power effectively, the team has used tires with better grips from a new supplier, Hankook. On the track, these tires can improve the performance by 5-10 percent.
Mahindra Racing Team has also completed extensive testing of the race car with 500 km as a daily average. The testing is expected to improve the team's performance. Presently, Mahindra Racing Team has 5 wins, 24 podiums, and 10 pole positions.
