To ensure that all attendees receive exemplary hospitality, training is also being provided to boatmen, and other service providers. The festival is expected to attract over 40 crore visitors, and extensive accommodations, including tent cities, homestays, and hotels, are being arranged to house such a vast number of guests comfortably. The initial session for tourist guide training started on August 12 at Hotel Ilavart, Prayagraj.

Participants in this program must be aged between 18 and 60 and have at least completed their secondary education. The training spans five days with each group consisting of 60 individuals. Further, boatmen, taxi drivers, and other essential personnel are attending one-day training sessions organized by Kanshiram Tourism Institute in Lucknow to ensure the festival runs smoothly.

With the Mahakumbh set to commence in January 2025, all trained personnel will be compensated with an honora.
