They implicated her in an FIR, leading to her incarceration, during which they took possession of her luxury house and a marriage palace using those forged papers. The FIR was filed against Harkirat Kaur of Sant Nagar, her son Sukhwinder Singh, and their associates Harjit Singh of Phase-II Dugri and Jagdeep Singh of Urban Estate.
