With recent record-breaking success, Mandarin Oriental unveiled its new Barcelona residences marking their first-ever international standalone residential complex and first branded residence. The 20-story building presented an unpresented new achievement with its $40 million penthouse, the most expensive apartment sold in Barcelona's history.

Mandarin Oriental now operates 40 hotels and 12 residences across 26 countries and territories. Following remarkable heights in Barcelona, the esteemed hospitality group announces the development of their latest residential project in Madrid.
