Based in Gurugram, Nair will lead The Leela Ambience Gurugram while also overseeing operations at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, The Leela Mumbai, The Leela Gandhinagar, the Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre Complex, and The Imperial Club by The Leela. Nair’s leadership marks a new chapter for The Leela Ambience Gurugram, enhancing its standing as a premier luxury destination in the Delhi NCR region.
This leadership transition emphasizes the hotel’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, continually upgrading its facilities, upholding superior service standards, and setting new records in guest satisfaction. With a wealth of experience across various Leela properties, including his role as General Manager of the acclaimed The Leela Goa, Nair has been a vital part of the company’s leadership team. Before this new role, he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at The Leela Corporate Office, where he was instrumental in optimizing the performance of several key properties.
Throughout his illustrious career, Nair has successfully led significant initiatives, such as the repositioning of the F&B division at The Leela Mumbai and the enhancement of The Leela Goa. His leadership excellence has earned him numerous accolades, including the Best GM—Luxury title from Hotel.
