Roses are red, violets are blue. Have you seen this expo? You just have to. Our city is hosting the Fleurs de Villes this year at the Centre Eaton de Montréal, featuring enchanting floral displays.
The free, 10 day festive celebration is spearheaded by the world-renowned initiative — where masterpieces are crafted by talented local floral artists, making every show unique. The flower show’s theme while it’s in our city is: Noël – Holiday. Founded in 2016, Fleurs de Villes’ luxury flower shows travel the world but bloomed right out of Vancouver.
Invitations are sent out to local florists, then after they apply a selection is made on who can participate. Mannequins are then dressed in fresh arraignments — and yes, it’s all real flowers. Montrealers can “stop and smell the roses” until Nov.
