It is understood the crash involves a motorcycle. Police have warned several roads have been closed as a result, including Lake Street at the Antrim Road junction, Victoria Street, Levin Road and North Circular Road approaches. Diversions are in place and motorists are urged to seek alternative routes for their journey.
