“Love Is Blind” Season 1 stars Lauren Speed-Hamilton and Cameron Hamilton are opening up about their fertility journey. The couple, who are one of the most beloved pairs in the “Love Is Blind” franchise and appeared on the show in 2020, brought up the emotional topic during an episode of their new podcast, “The Love Seat,” out Oct. 23.

"We're talking about something that we've never talked about before, which is fertility and our fertility journey," Speed-Hamilton said. Hamilton then said, “The number one question we are always asked is, ‘When are you going to have a baby?’” Speed-Hamilton said this topic is "not the easiest" for her. "I like to share a lot of things but this is one that's still kind of tough.

But I think it's so important to talk about it so that you can see yourself in the conversation that we're about to have," she said. She said she feels “more connected” to her husband as they go on their fertility journey together. “We support each other, we’re more in tune now,” she shared.

“I feel like in marriage, or any type of relationship, when you go through something that’s big and heavy or weighs on your heart, it creates a bond.” She added, “I think that it’s actually made us stronger.” Her husband agreed and became emotional as he recalled seeing her taking medication and daily shots as part of the IVF process while they tried to conceive.
