MANILA, Philippines – Way to go, Queen P! Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach made history anew as she became the first Filipina celebrity to join a runway show by a beauty brand at the Paris Fashion Week. The beauty queen is part of L’Oreal’s Le Défilé “Walk Your Worth” show , which was held on Monday, September 23 (early morning of Tuesday, September 24 in the Philippines) at the Place de l’OPera in Paris, France. Wurtzbach was a stunner in a black body-hugging off-shoulder dress with pink puffy sleeves.

Photo by Johanna Geron/REUTERS According to L’Oreal’s website , the annual show at Paris Fashion Week aims to showcase “extraordinary femininity and exquisite looks” and “champion the democratization of fashion and beauty.” It features the brand’s ambassadors, fashion designers, and beauty experts from around the world.
International celebrities like Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne, Viola Davis, Eva Longorio, Camila Cabello, Jane Fonda, and Simone Ashley were also part of the show. Wurtzbach, who was tapped to be one of the ambassadors of L’Oreal, was also the face of the brand’s “ Sayang? No, #ImWorthIt” campaign in March 2024.
