"Keeping hydrated is the best way to minimise jetlag and helps to combat the dry environment of the aircraft cabin," she shares. "It can help bringing your own drink bottle onboard and having it refilled regularly – just ask your flight attendant.

"This, alongside keeping your skin hydrated, stretching regularly, and taking regular bathroom breaks, are all easy ways you can survive and thrive once you reach your destination."
