Lindsay Lohan's father Michael has refuted rumours that the actress went under the knife for her recent glow-up. The Mean Girls actress, 38, has been facing rumours of plastic surgery an aesthetics doctor Dr. Jonny Betteridge recently claimed the star could have spent up to 300K in plastic surgery procedures to achieve her recent look.
Taking to Instagram, Betteridge applied his background in emergency medicine, intensive care and anaesthetics in a recent video—listing the cosmetic tweaks he believes the actress has undergone. Among the surgical procedures Betteridge believes the Parent Trap star has had are a facelift, an upper eyelid surgery, a nose job, and a surgical brow lift. Lindsay's father has rubbished all rumours of plastic surgery, insisting that the only treatments the actress did get are "peels, fillers and Botox.
" "Lindsay never had any plastic surgery done ever. Her look [is] so natural — just like her talent," Michael Lohan told Page Six . The actress herself has not publicly discussed any surgical procedures.
However, she does speak of her low-maintenance skincare routine, which sparked the recent criticism. The actress had claimed that her main beauty focus is "taking care of my skin" in a past chat with Allure , before admitting to having dabbled with "laser, Morpheus and IPL" in the past..
