NORMAL — Starting at 7 a.m. Thursday, there will be lane closures on Linden Street at its intersection with Lincoln Street in Normal.
The lane reduction is due to a water main installation, the town said, and work is expected to be completed by the end of the day Tuesday, Aug. 27, weather permitting. One lane of traffic will remain open in each direction, the town said.
