Hussein and Rajwa's daughter, Iman, is the first grandchild of Queen Rania and King Abdullah and shares a name with her aunt, Princess Iman.

Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah and Saudi architect Rajwa Al Saif married in June 2023. Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa of Jordan welcomed their first child on Saturday. Hussein and Rajwa's daughter, Iman, is the first grandchild of Queen Rania and King Abdullah, and shares a name with her aunt, Princess Iman.

The Jordanian king and queen have four children: Prince Hussein, Princess Iman, Princess Salma, and Prince Hashem. The news of Iman's birth was shared by The Royal Hashemite Court on 3 August. "The Royal Hashemite Court is pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and Princess Rajwa Al Hussein were blessed, on 3 August 2024, with a baby girl they named Iman," the announcement said.

"The Royal Hashemite Court extends its sincere congratulations and best wishes to Their Royal Highnesses and to Their Majesties King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah on this happy occasion," the statement continued. "Their Royal Highnesses are immensely overjoyed and thankful on welcoming their firstb.
