Liam Payne 's girlfriend Kate Cassidy reportedly felt like she was in a "hostage situation" during her trip to Argentina before making her solo return to the US, a friend of hers revealed. The 25-year-old influencer jetted off to the South American country with the former One Direction singer, where they attended Niall Horan's concert in Buenos Aires. Initially, Kate had only planned a brief four-day stay, yet found herself prolonging her visit to over a fortnight.
While Liam was stuck awaiting his American visa renewal, Kate was itching to get back to the States.
