Words alone cannot express the gratitude of the Woodland Park Farmers Market to the residents and visitors to Teller County. To the vendors, sponsors, and various non-profit community partners, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being here every week. You put up with wind, lightning, brief rain showers, and a few blown-over canopies.

You are the reason we have been here for 34 years. Many thanks to our volunteers and interns who arrive early in the morning and schlep tents, weights, tables, and totes to make sure the market is up and running at 8 a.m.

Thank you to Teller County Sheriff’s Office and Woodland Park Police Department for posse and officer presence weekly. And finally, to the City of Woodland Park for all the employees in Parks and Recreation and Public Works who showed up to place traffic barricades, clean restrooms, remove trash, and just generally take care of things, these people are so valuable. Thank you again, and we will see you at the Holiday Market Nov.

23. Marietta Dodson, Woodland Park • • • I have owned a home in this community since 2007 and worked for Woodland Park School district from 2008-2024. I am voting yes on 2A to stop giving extra money to a school district with leadership unable to use it responsibly.

You may be concerned that this would take money away from our kids. Unfortunately, those monies are currently being redirected and misused before benefiting the kids. Responsible practices are not in place to account for any f.
