ESPN’s Adam Schefter believes that Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Poles is not going anywhere With the rumblings revolving around Ryan Poles and his future as the Chicago Bears general manager, ESPN’s Adam Schefter has reason to believe he’ll remain in the Windy City beyond this year. “My expectation is Ryan Poles is going to be there,” Schefter said. “There’s always a surprise that could happen, but I expect him to be there (Chicago).

” Many have been grappling with the question of if Poles have earned the right to be apart of the next head coaching hire for the Chicago Bears. It appears that he will have a major say in who the next leader of this franchise will be, but he will still have to prove to his higher-ups that he can be trusted in the draft room. Unfortunately, Poles has had just as many misses as hits in his time turning in draft cards for the Chicago Bears.

Draft picks like Zacch Pickens , Kiran Amegadjie and Velus Jones Jr are day-two misses that fans will consistently call Poles out on when given the opportunity.
