The quintet’s upcoming album was confirmed by Source in a statement and on their social media platforms on Sunday, August 4.

“‘Crazy’ carries a straightforward message that invites the listeners to ‘just go crazy’ together with the fearless quintet,” their label said. To further confirm the reports, LE SSERAFIM’s new album was announced through a logo motion video on HYBE Label’s official YouTube channel on the same day. The video showed the group’s logo struck by lightning before a beating heart was placed in the middle.

It then transformed into the word “Crazy” and a glimpse of a song was played in the background. Back in January 2024, fans speculated that “Crazy” is on the lineup for LE SSERAFIM’s upcoming releases after the girl group chanted the phrase, “Easy, crazy, hot, I can make it” in their “Good Bones” concept trailer. “Crazy” comes six months after their third mini-album “Easy,” which earned the eighth spot on the Billboard 200 and maintained their position on the charts, per The Korea Herald.

The EP also marked the girl group as a third consecutive million-seller. Its title track “Easy” claimed the 99th spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 charts as wel.
