Laycon on Wednesday, in a viral post on his X handle, claimed that DJ Neptune has yet to pay him for their collaborative song ‘Nobody (Icons remix)’. The reality star, who accused Neptune of keeping silent for four years, stressed the need for artistes to adhere to agreements in the music industry.
He wrote; “Abeg o, DJ Neptune how far my agreement and split for the ‘Nobody (Icons Remix)’ song though. Is it not still ready? Haba it’s been 4 years.” DJ Neptune has yet to respond to Laycon’s allegation.
DAILY POST recalls that ‘Nobody Icon remix,’ which also featured Joeboy, was dedicated to fans of the BBNaija winner known as Icons in October 2020.
