Las Vegas staff are not holding back their opinions over There's been MrBeast is doing with Amazon Prime. Prime is producing the competition series by the Youtube star, . During July 18 and 21, 2,000 hopefuls tried out for a chance to be the 1,000 contestants on the upcoming main competition series with a grand prize of $5 million.
This was the preliminary round of the competition which took place in the notable city in Nevada. Las Vegas based production staff and medics about the MrBeast's game show and they share the same sentiment that the production was unorganized and poorly managed. One worker in particular named Rick called the production "beyond embarrassing" and said that they would not be surprised if the internet star’s team was blacklisted from the industry.
Rick was a contestant wrangler throughout the production who assisted and coordinated the contestants. “It was by far the most unprofessional production I've ever been a part of," Rick said. "And I think the biggest part of that was the communication was terrible.
" Other local staff talked about the there being a "major" OSHA violation where a contestant wrangler, without the proper gear, had to clean up excrements when a porta potty leaked. A medic staff member talked being assigned the job of handling medications as well as responding to medical issues and how "unusual" it was for production to take and try to track medication intake to that level. Some other complaints mentioned about no call sheet bein.
