"I would definitely say I am privileged. I have come from a middle-class family but it's not like I ever felt the need to work because I had to earn. I have a joint account with my father.
I have no idea how much money is coming in and going out," Kriti said. As an outsider in the Hindi film industry, Kriti expressed her desire to seek peace and validation from Bollywood. She reflected on phases of not knowing what to do.
She also expressed that her film choices were often based on if she felt good on the set or if she was merely "floating." Kriti further revealed that while she has been part of big-budget projects with star-studded casts, not all of them turned out successful. Without disclosing specific film names, she mentioned that excitement was lacking during some of those projects.
