The Kingsport Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a special event Monday for our furry friends — a Dog Park Ice Cream Social. The event is a great opportunity for dogs and humans alike to socialize with others, while enjoying some tasty treats. Dogs will enjoy a free pup cup from Scooter’s Coffee, while humans can pick up a cold treat for themselves from the Beach Hut.
