We've got a bit more of a wait now until we can head to medieval Europe for the Kingdom Come: Deliverance II achievements , as Warhorse Studios has confirmed that Kingdom Come: Deliverance II has been delayed from its 2024 release window until February 11, 2025 to give it a bit more time. Given all the major releases and upcoming Game Pass games , this delay will also no doubt give players a bit of breathing room. Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 set to release on February 11, 2025 "We aimed for the end of the year and almost made it — 'almost' is not good enough, though," says Warhorse Studios' Tobias Stolz-Zwilling, "so unfortunately we slipped to 2025.

However, at least we have a real, precise release date now, which is February 11, 2025, the anniversary week of Kingdom Come Deliverance." Stolz-Zwilling adds below that "We were this close, but simply decided that we need a tiny bit more time." The Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 team makes it clear that they have a lot planned in the meantime, however, with a gameplay teaser during Gamescom's Opening Night Live on August 20, a gameplay showcase of over 20 minutes on the first full day of Gamescom, a playable demo at the event, and more.

We'll also get to see the Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Collector's Edition around then, too. So it's a bit of a longer wait for the sequel, but it'll likely be well worth it. The first game was excellent, even with its issues, and Warhorse Studios has had a lot of time to improve on things for the seq.
