King Charles has reportedly started tucking into a midday meal for the first time, and his choice of lunch is quite the modern twist. However, following advice from his wife, Royal staff, and medical professionals, King Charles has now recognised the importance of a midday meal to maintain his energy levels.
The Mail on Sunday reports that the 75 year old monarch has developed a liking for avocado, a food often associated with millennials. Still mindful of his health, especially after his cancer diagnosis, King Charles is said to be very selective about his diet, opting only for the most nutritious options. A source disclosed to the Mail: "With some reluctance, he now has something to eat at lunchtime a snack, really.
