With over 15 years of hospitality management experience at renowned brands like Hilton, Grand Hyatt, Krystal, and Hoteles City, Vargas has held key leadership roles, including General Manager and Technical Coach to fellow managers.
His expertise lies in optimizing operations and developing talent, with a leadership style centered on service excellence and continuous improvement—earning him high regard within the industry.
