The United States Patent and Trademark Office reveals that several of North's trademarks have expired, with the 11-year appearing to have just one active trademark.

The expired trademarks consist of one covering various advertising and endorsement services, one geared towards the world of celebrity, one covering cosmetics, one for promotional and endorsement services, and another for clothing. North's sole active trademark covers toys. DailyMail.
