KIIT University Fashion School student Trishna Roy has won the Miss Teen Universe 2024 title in the Miss Teen Universe 2024 beauty pageant held in South Africa. Trishna, a student of KIIT Fashion Technology School, has won the title and brought glory to KIIT, Odisha and India. The pageant was held from November 1 to 9.
Contestants from all over the world participated in the pageant. Trishna, daughter of Colonel Dilip Kumar Ray and Rajashree, had been trying hard to participate in the pageant. Due to visa issues, she was unable to participate in the competition held in Colombia and the Dominican Republic last year.
She achieved this international success due to her hard work and determination. This success has been possible due to the endless contributions, love and moral support of Dr. Achyut Samanta, founder of KIIT and KISS, and Himanshu Shekhar Khatua, director of KIIT School of Fashion Technology, Trishna said in a press meet.
