A rave party designed for children and families is coming to Manchester this New Year’s Eve as an alternative way to mark the end of the year. Featuring DJs playing out a mix of house, garage and drum and bass, the Raver Tots event will take place at Freight Island, near Piccadilly Station , on Tuesday, December 31. Alongside music from female DJs Millz and Charlotte Devaney, there will also be a huge laser show, as well as confetti cannons, parachute games, and face painting too.

Not only that, but, for those who can’t quite crack a late night anymore, it’ll be all done and dusted before tea time.
