Tuesday, November 12, 2024 Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Tourism unveiled the Tourist Support Information Center on the afternoon of November 11, offering essential tourism information for visitors to Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa. Khanh Hoa Province’s Tourism Information and Customer Support Center began operations in November 2024 at https://ttdhsdl.khanhhoa.
gov.vn. This initiative is part of the digital transformation strategy for Khanh Hoa’s tourism sector, which has been underway since 2022.
The operations center is structured into two sections: one is a business management portal specifically for system administrators, business personnel, and enterprises; the other is a dedicated interface for tourists. Currently, by visiting the website, travelers can access all essential tourism information for Khanh Hoa. This includes accommodation options, travel agencies, tour guides, restaurants, entertainment spots, tourism resources, local products, shopping venues, business data, cultural festivals, events, and more, available in multiple languages.
Additionally, visitors have the option to ask questions directly to Center Support Staff or report emergencies to the authorities. Businesses and establishments can also showcase their products, promote offers, and provide other services.
