However, according to new documents filed to Companies House, Kerry's brand's assets could be seized by the taxman as they state the business' latest accounts are overdue. The brand has been issued with a First Gazette which notified Kerry, 44, that steps were in place to potentially strike off the business from the register. The document, filed on October 8, read: 'The Registrar of Companies gives notice that, unless cause is shown to the contrary, the Company will be struck off the register and dissolved not less than two months from the date shown above.
