The 43 year old former Atomic Kitten singer exclusively opened up about the incident to OK! in her weekly column and revealed she "feared the worst". DJ was swimming in the sea when all of a sudden Kerry couldn't locate the youngster.

Thankfully, after a few terrifying moments, DJ was soon found and the mum of five could breathe a sigh of relief. Kerry wrote: "I’m writing this week's column from my sun-lounger during our family holiday to Cyprus - Ryan and I are having such a great time with Max, DJ and Heidi. We’ve been staying at the Azia Resort and Spa and it’s so beautiful - the staff and facilities are amazing.

It’s an all-inclusive resort so we’ve been able to fully chill out and let the kids do their own thing around the pool. "Although, I got really worried on a day out at the beach, because I couldn’t find DJ - she had gone off into the sea and I couldn’t see her." The TV star continued: "My mind straight away went to the worst, thinking she had been kidnapped or something awful.

When I found her bobbing along I was so relieved. It was only a few moments and thankfully all was OK, but I told her not to go off without telling an adult.
