There's set to be some tension between Kelly Brook and her husband Jeremy Parisi on Celebrity Race Across the World as the couple continue to race against their rivals. Kelly, 44, and Jeremy, 39, feature in the second series of the BBC show, which follows four pairs as they travel around South America on a budget. The first episode, which aired on Wednesday night, saw the 12,500km race begin in Brazil .
It was teased that Heart Radio host Kelly and former judo champion Jeremy had differing approaches to it, with her favouring experiences, whilst he wanted to win. And a teaser ahead of the next episode shows Kelly unimpressed by an apparent effort by her husband to preserve their budget. A clip shows Kelly scolding Jeremy for having found them a "cheap" room on a subsequent leg of the race in a scene that's yet to air.
She suggests in the teaser that his decision has made her "miserable". Kelly says: "You've got a lovely cheap room and you've got a miserable wife - so well done!" Elsewhere in the teaser, which aired at the end of the first episode, Kelly remarks about one aspect of the race: "Argh! This is going to be brutal!" Whilst in a confessional, she states in an upcoming scene from the BBC show: "You're stripping away the armour and you're gonna be really bare." The couple hinted at potentially differing approaches to the experience in the first episode, with Kelly looking forward to activities, whilst Jeremy was focused on the competition itself.
