Millennial icon and actress Keke Palmer is calling out Gen-Z in a video she recently posted on TikTok. And respectfully, she's asking a lot of questions that I would also like the answers to. it's fine if we are no longer the "young" ones but whyyy try to throw us away? we've done so much.

🤣🤣 While getting her hair done, Palmer starts the video by jokingly expressing her disappointment in Gen-Z. “I never thought I’d see the day that ya’ll tried to get millennials outta here. The way that ya’ll are gunning for us, it has to be stopped," she said.

She goes on to explain that she's just learned about a concept called "the millennial zoom." "Since when was zooming too much?? What did Gen-Z do? Do they do no editing? They don't use any of the editing tools that are in any of the applications?" she asked. The "millennial zoom-in" is when a millennial is filming a selfie video and zooms in on themselves.

TikTok user @samsreb went viral for discussing it in this video . She shows her followers that Gen-Z zooms in by editing the zoom into the video, not doing it while filming. "I’m tired.

I’m only 31. I never thought that y'all would try to close the lights on millennials like this," Keke said. "And then, I hear some people hanging on trying to call themselves 'zillennials'? You can’t be both.

I won’t get over this." CNN says zillennials are the people born in "the blurry edge" between millennials and Gen-Z. They were apparently born from the early 90s to the ear.
