Ghanaian hip-life duo Keche, comprising Joshua Kojo Ampah and Andrew Kofi Cudjoe, will celebrate their 15th anniversary in the music industry on Thursday, August 22, 2024. Formed in 2004, Keche gained prominence with their debut album “Pressure” in 2008. Their hit single “Sokode” achieved widespread acclaim, topping African music charts.
Over the years, the duo has accumulated numerous nominations and a substantial discography featuring over 30 hit songs. In an interview on Onua FM’s Drive Time, Efie ne fie, on August 15, Keche announced their plans for a major celebration to mark their milestone. While the date for the anniversary event has yet to be disclosed, the duo encouraged fans to prepare for a grand celebration in honour of their 15 years in the music industry.
